Bioterra University has an imposing seafront vacation villa situated on the Black Sea shore at a distance of 10 m from shore, with the accommodation consists of a luxury suite and 8rooms (built in 2010 the villa has ground floor, second floor and a terrace).

Eforie Sud - spa resort located at 18 km, south of Constanta, which stretches over a length of about 2km, along the Black Sea. The resort has a rheumatology nursing home permanently and another to treat rickets and debilities, which operates only in summer, both for children. Eforie Sud attractions are discos, outdoor theater and many others.
Eforie Nord - spa permanent resort located at 14 km, south of Constanta, between Techirghiol Lake and Black Sea. The second largest Romanian seaside resort is famous for its curative treatments, spa treatment featuring two permanent basis, possessing facilities for warm baths with salt water coming from Techirghiol Lake or Black Sea. The resort beach, which lies about 3 km, has sports fields, swimming pools and other facilities for water sports.
